Section 1

Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Familiarity with these definitions will help you understand your rights and obligations as an addd7 player.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the addd7 website at addd7.net, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the addd7 platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the addd7 platform and close your account if one has been created. Your continued use of addd7 following any update to these terms constitutes fresh acceptance of the revised version.

Section 3

Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of addd7 services — including live casino games, cricket betting, slot titles, and financial transactions — you must register a verified addd7 account. The registration process is designed to be simple and fast, but accurate completion is mandatory.

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, your preferred MFS payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay), and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Age verification: addd7 will require KYC documentation — such as a valid NID (National Identity Card), passport, or birth certificate — before processing your first withdrawal and at any point we have reasonable grounds to verify your age or identity.
• Single account rule: Each player may hold exactly one account. Attempting to register duplicate accounts will result in all related accounts being suspended and balances being voided without notice.
• Account security: You must keep your password confidential and must not share your account credentials with any third party. addd7 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain password security.
• Contact details: You must keep your registered mobile number and payment details up to date at all times. addd7 is not responsible for failed communications or payment processing delays arising from outdated contact information.
• Self-exclusion check: If you have previously applied for self-exclusion on addd7, you are not permitted to register a new account. Any such account detected will be closed immediately.
• Account transferability: addd7 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or gift your account or any balance therein to another person under any circumstances.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

addd7 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through Mobile Financial Services (MFS) available in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). addd7 does not currently accept international card payments, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency transactions.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Accepted MFS providers: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The specific account numbers and deposit instructions are displayed within your addd7 account dashboard and may be updated without prior notice.
• Deposit crediting: Under normal circumstances, deposits are credited to your addd7 balance within minutes of a confirmed MFS transaction. addd7 is not responsible for delays caused by MFS provider network issues.
• Deposit limits: addd7 may apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to accounts for responsible gaming or security reasons. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming Tools section of their account dashboard.
• Third-party deposits: You may only deposit funds from a mobile wallet or bank account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be refused and may trigger an account review.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• KYC requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. addd7 will not release funds to an account that has not completed identity verification to addd7's satisfaction.
• Withdrawal to same method: Funds may only be withdrawn to the same MFS account used to make the most recent deposit, unless addd7 support has approved an alternative method following a formal written request.
• Processing times: addd7 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may extend during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
• Bonus funds: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (see Section 5) before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Withdrawal limits: addd7 may apply maximum daily or weekly withdrawal limits. These limits are communicated within the player account dashboard and may be adjusted by addd7 at its discretion.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

addd7 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 World Cup, and other time-limited incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer and to the general bonus policy set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of those funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion details page.
• Game contribution: Not all games on addd7 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino table games, cricket betting, and other product categories may contribute at a lower percentage rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from your account. The expiry period is specified in each individual promotion.
• Bonus abuse: addd7 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or claw back any bonus where we have reasonable grounds to believe a player is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: placing bets with low risk to fulfil wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or colluding with other players.
• One bonus at a time: Unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a player account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect the bonus terms; contact support before depositing if you are uncertain.
• Promotion eligibility: addd7 reserves the right to restrict specific promotions to particular player segments, geographic regions, or account types. A promotion being visible on the addd7 website does not automatically mean it is available to every registered player.
• Promotional terms override: Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on addd7, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful adult entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, money laundering through game play, or any other financial fraud in connection with addd7 is strictly prohibited.
• Underage use: Accessing addd7 if you are under 18 years of age, or assisting any person under 18 years of age in accessing addd7, is a serious violation of these terms and applicable law.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one addd7 account per person, whether under your own identity or a false identity, is prohibited.
• Software exploitation: Using automated bots, software exploits, bugs, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is prohibited. Any winnings gained through exploiting a software bug must be reported to addd7 immediately and will be voided.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting to fix outcomes, share information for strategic advantage, or otherwise undermine the integrity of games is prohibited.
• Account sharing: Sharing your account credentials with or allowing any third party to access or operate your addd7 account is prohibited. Each account must be used exclusively by the registered account holder.
• Illegal activity: Using addd7 in connection with any illegal activity — including but not limited to money laundering, financing of illegal operations, or identity theft — is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement.
• Harassment: Harassment, threats, abusive language, or any other form of harmful conduct directed toward addd7 staff, support agents, or other players via any addd7 communication channel is prohibited.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the addd7 platform — including but not limited to the addd7 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, icons, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of addd7 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Restricted use: You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any addd7 content without prior written authorisation from addd7.
• Game content: Game titles and their associated graphics, audio, and mechanics are the intellectual property of their respective providers — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — and are licensed to addd7 for player use only. No player acquires any ownership rights over game content.
• Personal use licence: addd7 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to addd7 regarding the platform may be used by addd7 freely and without obligation or compensation to you.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, addd7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the addd7 platform, even if addd7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• Platform availability: addd7 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur, and addd7 shall not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability.
• Game outcomes: All game outcomes on addd7 are determined by certified RNG technology or live human dealer processes (as applicable). addd7 is not liable for game results that are unfavourable to a player, provided the game has operated in accordance with its published rules and RNG certification.
• MFS transaction delays: addd7 is not responsible for deposit or withdrawal delays caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other third-party payment provider's network or system issues.
• Third-party content: addd7 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party services referenced on or integrated within the platform.
• Player decisions: All decisions to place bets, wager funds, or claim bonuses are made entirely at your own risk. addd7 does not provide financial advice and is not responsible for financial losses resulting from your gaming decisions.
• Force majeure: addd7 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in its obligations under these terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond addd7's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.

Section 9

Responsible Gaming

addd7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. We provide a suite of player protection tools within every registered account. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively — not only when gambling becomes a problem, but as a standard part of managing their entertainment budget.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased until a mandatory cooling-off period has elapsed. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.
• Session timers: Players may configure session time alerts that send a notification when a gaming session has reached a predefined duration, prompting the player to take a break.
• Self-exclusion: Any player who believes their gambling is becoming a concern may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. A self-excluded player may not register a new account on addd7 during the exclusion period.
• Reality checks: addd7's platform displays session duration and net loss/win information to help players maintain awareness of their gaming activity throughout each session.
• 18+ enforcement: addd7 enforces a strict minimum age of 18 years. Any player found to be under 18 will have their account closed immediately, regardless of account balance.

Section 10

Account Suspension & Termination

addd7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Equally, players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting addd7 support.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure by addd7

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions: Any material violation of these terms, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6, will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Failed KYC verification: If a player is unable to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation within the requested timeframe, addd7 may freeze withdrawal access or close the account entirely.
• Suspected fraud or money laundering: Where addd7's compliance systems flag an account for suspicious financial activity, the account will be suspended and relevant transaction records may be reported to appropriate authorities.
• Dormant accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. addd7 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy administration fee or closing the account.
• Regulatory requirement: addd7 may be required to close or restrict accounts in response to a lawful instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Voluntary Account Closure by the Player

You may request to close your addd7 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests that have passed KYC review will be processed and paid out to your registered MFS account. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Section 11

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of online gaming law and applicable international commercial standards. addd7 operates as a global online platform and makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction beyond Bangladesh.

addd7 aims to resolve all player disputes quickly, fairly, and transparently through its internal dispute resolution process. Players are encouraged to exhaust this process before pursuing any external route.

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute, the relevant account details, dates, and any supporting evidence. addd7 support will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time).
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: addd7's compliance and operations team will investigate the complaint and provide a written response within 7 business days of receiving all required information. Complex cases may require up to 14 business days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with addd7's internal resolution, you may escalate the matter in writing to senior management via [email protected], clearly marked as an escalation. A final response will be issued within 14 business days.
4. Step 4 — External Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved following the internal escalation process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.

Section 12

Amendments to These Terms

addd7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to players. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be published at addd7.net/terms-conditions, with the effective date of the latest revision clearly indicated at the top of the document.

Where addd7 makes a material change to these terms — one that significantly affects player rights or obligations — we will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via their registered mobile number or through a platform notification displayed upon next login. However, it is ultimately each player's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions regularly to remain informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the addd7 platform after any update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you must stop using addd7 and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 10.
